My withdrawals blocked after password recovery

The security of our users’ funds is our highest priority, which is why Freewallet continuously introduces new security measures to protect accounts and assets.

One of these security features is related to password recovery. When you request a password reset, you will see a notification explaining that, after confirmation, withdrawals will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours as a security precaution.

Once the 24-hour security period has passed, the withdrawal option will be automatically restored, and you will be able to create new outgoing transactions as usual.

This additional protection helps prevent unauthorized access and keeps your funds secure in case your account credentials are compromised.
