If you have never created a Freewallet account, but you keep receiving emails from us as if you had, we strongly recommend the following:
- update your password to a stronger one (combining numbers, symbols, both capital, and lower-case letters);
- set up or modify email security questions;
- enable 2-factor authentication for your email.
You can also contact your email provider, and report that somebody else is using your email address.
This can happen if somebody tried to create an account using your email, which could be a mistake. The best solution here would be to submit a support ticket (choose ‘Security’ in Issue Type and leave a short description) so we can delete this account.
In this case, we can guarantee that none of your personal data will be used in our system.
