Services Limitations

Freewallet does not provide Services to the citizens and residents of the United States of America, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and the European Economic Area.

If you are a citizen or a resident of the country listed above, you are not allowed to use our Service. If you become at any time a citizen or a resident of the country listed above, you are obliged to immediately cease usage of the Services, inform the Wallet about the new citizenship or residency, and follow the instructions.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Freewallet does not solicit, market, advertise or otherwise actively promote its Services to citizens or residents of the European Economic Area. Any access to or use of the Services by such persons is undertaken solely on their own initiative and at their own risk, on a reverse solicitation basis, and shall not be construed as an offer by Freewallet to provide its Services within the European Economic Area. If a citizen or resident of the European Economic Area presents Freewallet with any document, identification or other information confirming such citizenship or residency, Freewallet reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate that User’s access to the Services and close the User’s Freewallet Account, without prior notice and without liability to Freewallet.
