Keeping your funds safe is a mission that Freewallet takes very seriously, that’s why we are constantly working on broadening our range of the security tools.

One of them is Active Sessions Control, which can be used to see all of your currently active sessions and detailed information such as devices and IP addresses that were used to log in to your wallet. This allows you to terminate all the sessions instantly if you see any suspicious activity.

So here is how to find Active Sessions: simply log into your app or web version of the wallet, and you will see Active Sessions just under the Security tab.

There you can find the following information:

  • type of the client (web, iOSAndroid);
  • browser version for web sessions;
  • type of the mobile device for mobile clients;
  • country code;
  • IP address;
  • date and the time of the connection.

Please note that if you have any concerns about the security of your account, we highly recommend you change your password immediately and enable additional safety measures, such as 2FAemail confirmation, and limits for daily/weekly withdrawals.

Also, in this case, we’d kindly ask you to contact our support team and inform us about any potentially alarming activity.
