Clear the app’s cache and try to log in again. If the problem persists, please contact our Support team.
To access your wallet via your Facebook profile, please do the following:
1. Go to Facebook or launch the Facebook app on your smartphone;
2. Go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘Account settings’ -> ‘Apps’ -> ‘Logged in with Facebook’;
3. Find the Freewallet app in the apps list and tap on ‘Remove app’ -> ‘Remove’;
4. After you’ve done that, launch your Freewallet app and try to log in with your Facebook profile.
