Freewallet makes your funds available in your account as soon as we receive the payment. If 30 minutes have passed and you haven’t received the payment, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the transaction details, tap Purchase order.
2. Copy the link.
3. Go to ‘Settings’ then to ‘Support’ and create a ticket.
4. In your ticket, briefly describe the issue you’ve encountered, provide all the information that can be useful (such as links and transaction hashes) and wait for the reply. Our agent will contact you as soon as possible!
