1. Tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. In most cases, this will be the email associated with your Apple ID.
  2. If your email address is not recognized, or if you selected Hide My Email when you first registered (your login email may look like [email protected] or [email protected]), please follow these steps:
    • Open Settings on your iPhone.
    • Tap Apple ID (your name at the top).
    • Go to iCloud → Hide My Email.
    • Find Freewallet Multiwallet or an entry named dfk.ns (e.g. Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.).
    • Copy the private relay email address associated with it.
  3. Return to the Forgot Password screen in the app and enter the copied email address.
  4. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
  5. Once the password has been reset, log in to the app using:
    • the copied private relay email address; and
    • the new password you have just created.
