This way, you’ll be informed every time your balance changes and we’ll be able to send you the latest Freewallet news.
Please be vigilant against phishing attempts. Emails from Freewallet are sent from:

- “[email protected]”,
- “[email protected]”,
- “[email protected]”,
- “[email protected]”,
- and Google Play / App Store (in case of replies to store reviews).
As a best practice, we recommend adding these addresses to your contacts list.
Note that Freewallet will never:
- ask for your password,
- ask for your PIN or 2FA code.
