If you decided to log in via email, you’d have to create a password.

To reset a password just log out and fill in Forgot the password? form or use the web version of Freewallet.

You will receive a clickable link in the email address associated with your Freewallet account. Once you click on the link, you can choose a new password, confirm it and log in again by using the correct credentials.

Please note, for security measures and in an effort to prevent hacking activities, the transactions will be unavailable for 24 hours. You will be able to resume your operations after the 24-hour mark. (Better to be safe than sorry!)

Password Reset option is available to users registered via email only. If you log in via mobile phone number or Facebook and would like to increase your account security, feel free to read our recommendations here or just contact us.
