Please follow these steps:
- Open your Freewallet app;
- Tap “Settings” -> “Account” and then “Email” (on top of the page);
- Check your email and tap “Verify email”.
A verification email will be sent to your email. If nothing hits your Inbox, make sure to check your Spam/Junk and Promotions folders.
If you do not receive emails from email@example.com please let us know so we can investigate the issue and resend the verification email to your address.
Please remember to provide us with the approximate time you requested a verification email.
