Freewallet Account Fees

Last updated: 28 August 2026

Freewallet is the most user-friendly crypto service on the market. We provide our customers with the best exchange rates, zero in-app fees, fast app and web performance, and many other options to explore the crypto world.

In order to provide you with the best service possible, we launched several types of service fees to maintain a high level of service and faster refunds.

1. Monthly Fee and Account Suspension.

1.1. Monthly Fee

The monthly fee for maintaining your Freewallet account is 100 USDT or the equivalent in another cryptocurrency. This fee is applicable starting from the 7th month after opening an account. The amount will be automatically deducted from your wallet, requiring no action from your side.

1.2. Fee Waiver for Active Accounts

Accounts demonstrating consistent activity for six consecutive months are eligible for a fee waiver. The waiver applies as long as the activity requirements are continuously met. Consistent activity includes depositing funds, exchanging assets, and withdrawing funds.

1.3. Account Suspension and Fee Application

If your account has been suspended as part of the KYC/AML procedure and you have not fulfilled the requirements to provide the necessary documents, resulting in your account remaining blocked for more than 6 months, a fee will be deducted from your account beginning from the 7th month of the suspension.

Those terms are subject to any amendments at our discretion as we may deem necessary from time to time.

2. Refund fees.

If funds are sent to a Freewallet deposit address that is no longer valid (i.e., no longer listed as an active deposit address within Freewallet), or if the required MEMO/Destination tag is omitted (where applicable), or if funds are received from a smart contract address, or if unsupported coins/tokens or delisted tokens are deposited to a Freewallet address, a refund request will only be considered for transactions with a minimum value of 300 USDT (or its equivalent in another cryptocurrency). In such cases, a refund fee of 300 USDT (or its equivalent in another cryptocurrency) will be applied.

The above fees shall also apply to refund requests relating to transactions made before July 20, 2026, provided that such requests are submitted no later than September 10, 2026. Refund requests relating to transactions made before July 20, 2026, or to deposits made after July 20, 2026 to addresses generated in the account before July 20, 2026, that are submitted after September 10, 2026 will not be processed.

Refund requests relating to transactions made on or after July 20, 2026 will be processed in accordance with the above rules and will be subject to the applicable refund fee of 300 USDT (or its equivalent in another cryptocurrency).
