THETA coins sent to Ethereum addresses are non-refundable

Dear users,

Please note that Freewallet no longer supports THETA on the Ethereum blockchain. Also, the THETA mainnet has never been enabled on our end. 

We’ll do our best to retrieve your previous transactions if you had sent them to the wrong addresses before.

However, all new transactions with THETA are non-refundable. Please don’t send THETA coins to ERC-20 addresses. This shall be effective starting from November 25, 2021.
